Note on online dispute resolution

The former EU platform for online dispute resolution (ODR platform) was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Dispute resolution via that platform is therefore no longer possible.

Consumer dispute resolution / universal arbitration board

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws pursuant to § 7(1) DDG. Pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement of the law becomes known. If we become aware of such infringements, we will remove the content in question immediately.
